Delta Assets Private Limited — known to customers simply as Delta Asset — is a loan consultancy and direct selling agent (DSA) operating from Karnataka. We help salaried individuals, families, self-employed professionals and business owners find, apply for and complete the right loan with our partner banks and non-banking finance companies (NBFCs).

We are not a lender. We do not lend our own funds, and we do not sanction or disburse loans. Our work is everything in between: understanding what you actually need, matching it to the lender most likely to approve it, preparing your file so it is not rejected over a technicality, and staying with it until the money reaches your account.

What we do

We work across the full range of retail and business credit under one roof — Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Gold Loan, Car Loan, Two Wheeler Loan, Commercial Vehicle Loan, Education Loan, Mobile Loan, and government-linked schemes such as PMEGP and PMFME. Because one team handles all of them, you deal with a single point of contact instead of a different agent for every product.

How we work

You share a few basic details — it takes about two minutes, online or over a call. We study your profile, income documents and credit history, and tell you honestly where you stand. We then place your file with the lender best suited to it, help you compile and submit the documentation (with free doorstep pickup wherever we can), follow the file through credit and legal checks, and keep you informed until disbursal. If a lender declines, we tell you why and what can be corrected.

What makes the difference

Speed, because a correctly prepared file moves faster — sanctions in as little as 48 hours are common. Choice, because one application is compared across dozens of banks and NBFCs instead of being tied to whoever you walked into. Clarity, because you are told the rate, the processing fee and the other charges of the lender before you sign, not after. And continuity, because the advisor who takes your enquiry is the one who sees it through.

What we will never do

We will never promise you a sanction, because that decision belongs entirely to the lender. We will never quote a rate as final when it is indicative. We will never ask you to pay a fee into an individual's personal account, and we will never ask for your net-banking password, card PIN or an OTP. Any charge payable to us is told to you in advance and receipted in the company's name.
