Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
Delta Assets Private Limited ("Delta Asset", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through deltaasset.in and through our team, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it. It is written to be read in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Who we are
Delta Assets Private Limited is a loan consultancy and direct selling agent based at Anantpur, Karnataka 591212, India. For the information you give us we act as the data fiduciary. When your application is passed to a bank or NBFC, that lender processes your information as its own data fiduciary under its own privacy policy.
2. What we collect
Identity and contact details: your name, mobile number, email address, residential or office address and city.
Loan requirement details: the type of loan, the amount you need, tenure, the purpose, and anything you write in the message box.
Financial and eligibility information: monthly income, employment or business details, existing loans and obligations, bank statements, salary slips, income tax returns and GST details, as applicable to the product.
KYC and documents: PAN, Aadhaar (where a lender requires it), photograph, address proof, property or vehicle documents, and other papers the lender asks for. We collect these only when you choose to proceed with an application.
Credit information: your credit score and credit report, obtained from a credit information company with your consent, and the outcome of the lenders' checks.
Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time of visit, collected automatically by our hosting and analytics tools.
We do not collect card numbers, PINs, CVVs, net-banking passwords or OTPs, and no one from Delta Asset will ever ask you for them.
3. How we collect it
From the enquiry and application forms on this website; from WhatsApp, phone calls, email and messages you send us; from documents you hand over or upload; from our partner lenders regarding the status of your file; and from credit information companies with your consent.
4. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and advise you on suitable options. To assess your eligibility and prepare your application. To submit your application to one or more partner banks or NBFCs and follow it through to sanction and disbursal. To keep you informed about your file. To meet our legal, regulatory, audit and record-keeping obligations. To improve our website and services. And, where you have not objected, to tell you about products and offers that may be relevant to you.
5. Consent and credit checks
Submitting an enquiry form, or asking us to proceed with an application, is your consent for us and our partner lenders to contact you on the phone number and email you provide — including by call, SMS and WhatsApp — even if your number is registered under DND, and to obtain your credit report from a credit information company for the purpose of assessing your eligibility. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to deltaasset8@gmail.com; we will stop, except where we must retain or use information to complete a transaction already in progress or to comply with law.
6. Who we share it with
Partner banks, NBFCs and financial institutions, for the purpose of processing the application you have asked us to place. Credit information companies, for the credit check described above. Service providers who work for us under confidentiality obligations — hosting, communication, document storage and IT support. Professional advisers, auditors, regulators, courts and law-enforcement authorities, where we are required or permitted by law to disclose.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and, after that, for as long as our legal, tax and audit obligations require — generally up to eight years from the last transaction. Where a loan was disbursed, records connected to it are kept for the period the lender and applicable law require. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or anonymise it.
8. How we protect it
We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), restricted document storage and staff confidentiality obligations to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will act on it and notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed; ask us to correct or complete anything inaccurate or out of date; ask us to erase data we no longer need; withdraw a consent you have given; and nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to. Write to deltaasset8@gmail.com or call 9405569440 and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some data may have to be retained where the law requires it.
10. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technology to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand in aggregate how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then not work as intended.
11. Calls, SMS and WhatsApp
We contact applicants by phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp about their enquiries and files. Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes. To stop promotional messages, reply STOP to a WhatsApp message or write to deltaasset8@gmail.com; service messages about a live application will continue.
12. Children
This website and our services are meant for persons aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children. If you believe a child's data has reached us, tell us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party websites
Links on this site may take you to lenders' or other third parties' websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them. Please read their policy before submitting information there.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, with a new "last updated" date. Please check it from time to time.
15. Grievances
If you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled, contact us at deltaasset8@gmail.com or 9405569440, or write to Delta Assets Private Limited, Anantpur, Karnataka 591212, India. Please give us your name, contact number and the details of the concern so we can look into it and revert.
