These Terms and Conditions govern your use of deltaasset.in and of the loan consultancy services provided by Delta Assets Private Limited ("Delta Asset", "we", "us"). By using this website, submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
1. Who we are and what we do
Delta Assets Private Limited is a loan consultancy and direct selling agent (DSA). We introduce, advise and assist applicants; we do not lend. We are not a bank or an NBFC, we hold no lending licence, and we neither sanction nor disburse loans. Every loan is provided by a partner bank or NBFC under its own agreement with you.
2. Who may use this website
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under Indian law. The information you give us must be true, current and complete, and must be yours to give. You may not apply on someone else's behalf without their authority.
3. What our service includes — and what it does not promise
We will assess your requirement, tell you which options you are likely to qualify for, help you assemble the documentation, place your file with one or more lenders, follow up, and keep you updated. We do not promise that any loan will be approved, that it will be approved for a particular amount, rate, tenure or timeline, or that any lender will consider your file. Those decisions belong solely to the lender.
4. Information and documents you give us
You are responsible for the accuracy and genuineness of everything you submit. Submitting false, forged or misleading information or documents is an offence, and we will stop work on the file and are entitled to report it. We may verify your details with you, with the lender and with credit information companies.
5. Consent to be contacted
By submitting an enquiry you authorise us and our partner lenders to contact you by call, SMS, email and WhatsApp regarding your enquiry and application, including where your number is registered under DND, until you withdraw that consent in writing.
6. Fees and charges
Our advisory service is free of cost to the applicant unless a service or documentation charge is specifically agreed with you in advance. Where a charge applies, it is told to you before any payment, and it is separate from the lender's own charges — processing fee, legal and technical fee, valuation charge, stamp duty, insurance, GST and any other levy — all of which are decided by the lender and payable to the lender.
7. How to pay us
Any amount payable to Delta Asset is to be paid only into the bank account of Delta Assets Private Limited, and a receipt is issued in the company's name. We never ask for payment into an employee's or agent's personal account, UPI ID or wallet, and we never ask for your net-banking password, card PIN, CVV or an OTP. Payments made contrary to this clause are at your own risk and are not our responsibility.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Where a service charge has been agreed and paid, and the service has not been provided, write to us and we will examine the request and refund what is due. Fees paid to a lender — for processing, legal, technical or valuation work — are governed by that lender's policy and are usually non-refundable once the work is done, including where the loan is later declined.
9. The lender's terms prevail
If anything on this website differs from the lender's sanction letter, loan agreement, schedule of charges or communication, the lender's document prevails. Please read what you sign; we are happy to explain any part of it, but we do not vary its terms.
10. Calculators and indicative figures
The EMI calculator, eligibility calculator, rate tables and any other figures on this website are estimates offered for comparison, are not an offer, and may not match what a lender ultimately quotes. Do not treat them as a quotation.
11. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, logos and arrangement of this website are owned by Delta Assets Private Limited or used under licence, and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish, sell, frame or otherwise exploit any part of this website, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Third-party marks shown on the site belong to their owners.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website unlawfully; not to submit false, obscene or infringing content; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any account, server or network connected with it; not to introduce malware; not to scrape or harvest data from it by automated means; and not to interfere with its operation or with another user's use of it.
13. Third-party links
Links to lenders' and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse their content and accept no responsibility for it or for any dealings you have with them.
14. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available but may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it, at any time, without notice, for maintenance or any other reason. We are not liable for any unavailability.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Delta Assets Private Limited, its directors, employees and associates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, opportunity, business or data, arising out of your use of this website or our services, out of any lender's decision, or out of any delay in processing. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have actually paid us for the service in question.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Delta Assets Private Limited and its personnel against any claim, loss, cost or expense arising from your breach of these terms, from any false or misleading information or document you provide, or from your violation of any law or third-party right.
17. Suspension of service
We may decline or stop work on an enquiry or application where the information given is false or unverifiable, where documents appear forged, where the request appears unlawful, or where these terms are breached.
18. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time. The amended version applies from the date it is published on this page. Continuing to use the website or our services after that amounts to acceptance.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Karnataka.
