Delta Assets Private Limited is a loan consultancy and direct selling agent (DSA). We are not a bank, not a non-banking financial company (NBFC), and not registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a lender. We do not lend money, accept deposits, sanction loans or disburse funds. Every loan referred to on this website is sanctioned and disbursed by a partner bank or NBFC, in its own name, under its own credit policy.

2. No guarantee of approval

Nothing on this website is an offer of credit or a commitment to arrange it. Approval, the loan amount, the interest rate, the tenure and every other term rest solely with the lender, and depend on its eligibility norms, your documentation, your income and your credit history. An enquiry, an eligibility check or a call from our team does not mean your loan is approved.

3. Rates, EMIs and calculators are indicative

Interest rates, processing fees, tenures and loan amounts shown anywhere on this website are indicative starting figures, are meant only to help you compare, and change without notice. The EMI calculator, eligibility calculator and any other tool here produce estimates from the figures you enter; they do not account for lender-specific charges, insurance, taxes, credit-profile pricing or rounding. The only figures that bind anyone are the ones in the lender's sanction letter and loan agreement.

9. Beware of fraud

Delta Asset never asks for a fee to be transferred to an individual's personal bank account, UPI ID or wallet, and never asks for your net-banking password, debit or credit card PIN, CVV or an OTP. Any amount payable to us is intimated in advance and receipted in the name of Delta Assets Private Limited. If anyone contacts you in our name asking otherwise, do not pay, and please report it to us immediately on 9405569440 or deltaasset8@gmail.com.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Delta Assets Private Limited, its directors, employees and associates will not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from your use of this website, from reliance on any information or estimate on it, or from any decision taken by a lender on your application.
